It is our policy to despatch large orders upon receipt using a 48 hour carriage service. Orders received after 1:00 PM will not be despatched until the following day. Overnight service is available at an extra charge as shown on the relevant page. Small items are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st class. Carriage costs vary according to products purchased, costs are stated on relevant pages. All prices are UK mainland only, quotes for overseas shipping of goods is available by request. Under The Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory 7 day cooling off period from the date of receipt of the goods. Cancellation of orders must be made by post or email. Should any product purchased from Doghealth Ltd be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the Doghealth Ltd website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Doghealth Ltd within 7 days of delivery of the product. In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Doghealth Ltd mistakenly and through no fault of Doghealth Ltd, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Doghealth Ltd unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Doghealth Ltd reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us by email or telephone on 01760 726340 in office hours within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange re-delivery or refund at your request on receipts of goods. All monies will be refunded if the damage is seen to be in manufacture or delivery. Unwanted or wrongly ordered items / sizes can be exchanged or refunded. You must return them to us with a letter containing your details and reason for return within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the initial p & p will be lost, only the cost of the item will be refunded, and it will be down to the customer to pay for the return. If re-delivery of a different size is required then a further p & p will be charged for that delivery, this cost must be paid before the new item is dispatched. Payment can be made on 01760 726340. Delivery and return charges are not refundable if the items are returned due to ordering wrong sizes.
